For a stable high-definition broadcast, we recommend a dedicated upload speed of at least 15-20 Mbps. For 4K streaming or multi-platform broadcasting, 30+ Mbps is preferred. We typically provide bonded internet solutions to ensure 100% stability even if standard venue speeds fluctuate.
What is the recommended booking lead time?
Generally, we recommend confirming your booking at least 2 to 4 weeks prior to the event date. This ensures sufficient time for site inspections, technical coordination, and equipment preparation to guarantee a flawless execution.
Can the technical setup be customized?
Yes, all our solutions are modular and scalable. We tailor the technical rider including camera counts, audio systems, and lighting to match your specific event scale, venue acoustics, and audience size.

Standard terms involve a 50% deposit to secure the date and equipment, with the remaining balance due prior to the event setup. For long-term corporate partners or government contracts, we offer flexible billing cycles upon review.
