Bengkel Gerak Kerja Fitra dan Latihan Mobile APPs Tahun 2025 organized by Lembaga Zakat Selangor (LZS) at Institut Pemberdayaan Ummah Selangor, Sabak Bernam aimed to enhance the capabilities of Penolong Amil Fitrah (PAF) in managing zakat responsibilities efficiently. Held at the Institut Pemberdayaan Ummah Selangor, this workshop focused on empowering participants with knowledge and practical skills to handle zakat operations effectively.

During the event, PAFs received comprehensive training on the Fitrah work processes. This included an introduction to the new mobile app system designed to streamline zakat collection and distribution efforts. Furthermore, the workshop emphasized the importance of integrating technology into the daily operations of zakat management. By utilizing mobile apps, the PAFs can now ensure that the distribution of zakat is quicker and more organized.

In addition, the workshop provided real-world applications and hands-on exercises to help PAFs familiarize themselves with the new system. This training not only improved their understanding of zakat but also introduced them to innovative solutions that would make their work easier and more efficient.

The initiative is part of Zakat Selangor’s broader commitment to improving the quality of zakat services across Selangor. By fostering a collaborative and tech-driven environment, Zakat Selangor continues to enhance the delivery of zakat to those in need, ensuring the funds reach the right beneficiaries promptly and effectively.

Epic AV Sdn Bhd was beyond grateful to be given the opportunity to set up the P2.5 Indoor LED Screen, which has a screen size of 4.5 meters (W) x 2.5 meters (H) for Lembaga Zakat Selangor at Institut Pemberdayaan Ummah Selangor, Sabak Bernam. This was part of the support team’s efforts in providing LED screen rental services for the Bengkel Gerak Kerja Fitra dan Latihan Mobile APPs 2025.
