The Leadership Ascendancy Programme (LEAP), hosted by KPJ Healthcare University Sdn Bhd, recently brought together a diverse group of healthcare professionals at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2). This exclusive two-day programme focuses on building a strong leadership foundation through structured interactive sessions. More importantly, participants are encouraged to step out of their comfort zones while developing new perspectives on clinical leadership.
