The Leadership Ascendancy Program (LEAP), organized by KPJ Healthcare University Sdn Bhd, took place on 21–22 April 2025 at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2). This impactful two-day event brought together healthcare professionals who aim to strengthen their leadership capabilities. From the start, the program emphasized growth through practical learning rather than passive observation.

Participants engaged in insightful sessions that covered core leadership principles. Moreover, they explored real-world challenges faced in the healthcare industry. Through group discussions, strategic planning exercises, and hands-on workshops, every participant had the opportunity to contribute and grow.

In addition, the program encouraged reflection on personal leadership styles. Facilitators guided attendees to assess their strengths and areas for improvement. Because of this approach, participants left the program with renewed confidence and a clearer vision for their roles.

Another key feature was the networking opportunity. Throughout the event, attendees connected with peers from various departments and hospitals. These interactions fostered collaboration and inspired knowledge sharing beyond the program.

Epic AV Sdn Bhd was beyond grateful to be given the opportunity to set up the Sound System Rental and P2.5 Indoor LED Screen Rental, which has a screen size of 6 meters (W) x 2 meters (H) for KPJ Healthcare University Sdn Bhd at Damansara Specialist Hospital 2 (DSH2). This was part of the support team’s efforts in providing LED screen rental services for the Leadership Ascendancy Program (LEAP).
