KPJ Healthcare University Sdn bhd (KPJU) hosted the Leadership Ascendancy Program (LEAP), providing healthcare professionals with a dynamic platform to strengthen their leadership skills. From the very beginning, the program emphasized interactive learning and practical application. Therefore, participants could immediately apply the strategies they learned. Moreover, the curriculum combined hands-on workshops, group discussions, and scenario-based simulations to enhance decision-making and problem-solving capabilities.

Throughout the program, participants focused on modules such as Crisis Management and Crisis Communication. These sessions guided attendees to recognize their leadership strengths while addressing areas that required growth. This was part of the support team’s efforts in providing LED screen rental services for Leadership Ascendancy Program (LEAP).
