About Hospital Tunku Azizah

The Wanita Dan Kanak-Kanak Kuala Lumpur Hospital (WCH), officially known as Hospital Tunku Azizah (HTA), began full operations on August 16, 2019, serving as a national referral hospital and a center for healthcare services for women and children.

HTA specializes in Obstetrics, Gynecology, and Pediatrics, offering a total of 600 beds, 378 for pediatric care and 222 for obstetrics and gynecology. The facility includes 24 beds for the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and 32 beds for the Pediatric Care Unit (PICU).

Additionally, there are 50 beds dedicated to neonatal intensive care, 16 for ‘bone marrow transplant,’ and eight for ‘pediatric burn bath.’ The hospital is equipped with three units of gynecological surgery, nine units of pediatric surgery, including one for neuro-hybrid surgery, two maternity units, eight gynecological chemotherapy suites, and a reprocessed medical center. HTA has recently launched a new product at the Auditorium Perdana, Hospital Tunku Azizah.
